They work exactly as described! I am someone who is pickly about food touching and this helps to seperate food, especailly at potlucks where there are lots of differnt choices. I have also found that they are very helpful to scoop up food like veggies and rice that usually has to be chased around the plate and some is always left. Such a great product! And thier customer service is wonderful, I had an issue with my order and they responded almost immediately and corrected the problem.
